What I do



student/LEARNER advising + Outreach





I work directly with learners to identify their goals and develop academic and professional plans, as well as manage student outreach communication strategy to improve yield, retention, and student satisfaction. I also develop, edit, and manage content for social media, program websites, marketing materials, presentations, and publication.



Learning Design





I design coursework and learning experiences for both in-person and online instruction using industry best practices. From the creation of initial learning objectives to selecting appropriate teaching methods and creating learning assessments, I design courses and educational content that are engaging for the learner and enjoyable and straightforward for the instructor.



Program Development





I develop well-rounded programs to meet learners' needs for various industries. From a cohesive four-course certificate aimed to improve skills for the workplace, a two-year pre-medical and pre-health post-baccalaureate program for career changers, to entire undergraduate majors, I build and revise strategic programs to ensure learners get the skills they need to advance their careers or move forward in their educational pursuits.



ASSESSMENt+ EVALUATION





Using a variety of qualitative and quantitative methods and research from the field, I assess the effectiveness of courses, teaching, and programs to make recommendations and outline plans for improvement.
