I planned and executed the annual graduation ceremony for the Doctor of Speech-Language Pathology program at Northwestern University. As a hybrid program, the majority of our students were not local and traveled to campus with their families for the graduation event.

I oversaw all aspects of the event for approximately 200 guests, including event scheduling; reception planning; coordination with catering, venue staff, and photographers; invitations; regalia orders for students and faculty; coordination with local hotels for accommodation packages; program design and printing; and managing event staff and speakers as stage manager during the event, When COVID-19 changed our plans just days before the ceremony planned for March 20, 2020 and had to be changed to a virtual format, I collaborated with our alumni and created a surprise video message for the morning of what would have been their graduation ceremony. In 2022, I planned and executed an "uber-graduation" two-day event for the classes of 2020 and 2021, who had not yet had a ceremony due to COVID, as well as the class of 2022,
